We Are Close In Distance

We Are Close in Distance is a group exhibition that considers how physical, temporal, and archival space has the power to unite as well as divide. Presenting a range of media  including painting, sculpture, poetry ,video, and zines, this diverse group of multigenerational artists explore how traces of closeness become constructed, deteriorate, and are consequently reclaimed. The works featured in We Are Close In Distance proclaim the continuously unfolding present and lingering past through interpersonal, intergenerational, and communal intimacies.
